Background
Collaborating closely with FMCG Company, my team of seven experts embarked on a mission to expand upon the initial concepts and foster conversations around ecosystem strategy and growth.
With an unwavering emphasis on health and wellness, the objective was to develop a platform which could deliver highly personalized experiences to consumers worldwide — targeted at helping promote and maintain peak performance.
Together, FMCG Company and my team at Reply unlocked a realm of new opportunities, seamlessly integrating the product into users' daily lives.

Approach
To ensure the viability of the concept, our team not only conceptualized and designed the initial proof-of-concept (POC) but also transformed it into a functional iOS application. The app was subsequently deployed to a test group of 50 users, marking the beginning of the testing phase. This crucial stage allowed us to validate the core concept — an algorithm-powered platform designed to optimize users' well-being and sustain peak performance.
Proof-of-concept Development
Phase I. The proof-of-concept (POC) showcased a minimal interface designed for quick development and the early stages of our data gathering efforts.
mvp Development
Phase II. The North Star sitemap represents the app's architecture and its strategic development over time. Engaging in the process of establishing the North Star clarified our understanding, enabling us to effectively distinguish and sequence the features for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from those earmarked for the ultimate goal, the North Star.
Phase II. Following the development of the sitemap, we crafted a comprehensive ecosystem map with an exploratory focus. This map was instrumental in pinpointing and ranking critical areas of opportunity, which subsequently informed the creation of our strategies towards both the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and the North Star.

Phase III. The North Star concept unveiled a more advanced interface which was an evolution of our initial design concepts, yet it significantly surpassed the scope of the proof-of-concept (POC).

Solution
Leveraging cutting-edge technology such as Number Eight, Apple Watch, iOS HeathKit, and the PANAS (Positive and Negative Affect Schedule) questionnaire, our algorithm intuitively understood users' needs, providing timely tips and recommendations to help them achieve and maintain peak performance. Simultaneously, I led the team in creating a visionary roadmap, often referred to as the 'North Star', which encapsulated our most innovative ideas. Particularly those ideas which extended far beyond the feasibility of a POC. This comprehensive vision served as a guidepost for both our client and the engineering teams alike, ensuring a clear direction as we moved beyond the testing phase.
